When talking about a country as vast as China one must remember that there is bound to be vast amounts of poverty, there are many rich as well as poor places in China but I wouldn’t call them very poor they are in a much better shape than another country of similar size (India) so I commend the Chinese government for the incredible work they have done of lifting millions out of poverty.
